

Located in the southwest quadrant of US Highway 51 and Windsor Road, Windsor Crossing is a new development located in the Village of Windsor, WI.
Windsor Crossing encompasses four distinct areas. The northern 16 acres are planned for commercial and retail use. Immediately to the south of the commercial area is a conservancy containing the storm water management facilities for the development; along with a trail system that connects the commercial area with the residential housing component.

The estimated population by the year 2020 should be about 84,000. The average household income for residents in the primary market area is $82,109, far exceeding the $52,622 state of Wisconsin average income. A healthy population with a strong income level bolster the appeal of this development.
The creation of the new town center will undoubtedly create value and attract tenants to the adjacent multi-family and single family sites.
