The Terraces of Windsor Crossing are an integral component of the 85 acre Windsor Crossing development. The first phase of construction consists of two apartment buildings with a total of 88 units (41 and 47- unit buildings). Alexander Company has over 35 years of management and real estate experience, and they will be handling property management upon completion. Iconica is the construction team in charge of building the units. Iconica has over 40 years of experience. They pride themselves on completing projects with expertise; on time and within budget.
